Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Information:
Standard Order Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Express Order Processing Time: Express orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected method and destination.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your package.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges:
14-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund in the form of store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop.idolls@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item and will send a replacement upon verification.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
